We ship to all 50 U.S. states with free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Order Processing & Delivery
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once the order leaves our warehouse. Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $50.
Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. P.O. Boxes: Some larger Home Guard Pest Elimination bundles or electronic equipment may require a physical address and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at inquiries@homeguardpestelimination.com within 48 hours.
Damages and Shipping Issues
Per our Return Policy, please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at inquiries@homeguardpestelimination.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If a replacement or return is required due to damage, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns & Shipping Costs
For items returned within our 30-day window (for reasons other than damage), please follow these requirements: Authorization Required: Items sent back without a prior email request will not be accepted. This ensures your return is tracked correctly within the Home Guard Pest Elimination system. Return Label: Once your return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label along with specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
Policy Restrictions
30-Day Limit: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the 30-day period has passed. Condition: We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
