Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Full control over subscriptions, recurring plans, and pre-orders with flexible cancellation options.
Subscription & Recurring Service Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription or recurring service plan at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled billing cycle, please request a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your next payment date. How to Cancel: Manage your account through our customer portal or email us directly at sales@homeguardpestelimination.com. Post-Shipment: If a subscription product (such as a recurring pest control kit) has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
Pre-Order & Special Order Cancellations
Orders for items not yet in stock or special orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Exceptions: Please note that "Custom Products" (special orders or personalized items) may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Refunds on Cancellations
Processing Time: If a cancellation is approved before shipment, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your cancellation was confirmed and you have not seen the credit, please contact us at inquiries@homeguardpestelimination.com.
Returns After Shipment
If you were unable to cancel your order before it was dispatched, you may still return the item under our standard terms: Timeline: Request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Condition: Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or sale items.
